New Suzuki iV-4 SUV Concept to in 2015
Come 2015 and Suzuki will launch an all new compact SUV model to take on Renault and Nissan. Suzuki has released a brief teaser of its new SUV named i-V4 Concept at the world’s largest automobile show, the Frankfurt Motor Show 2013. Way back in July, Suzuki had published 2 pictures of i–V4 Concept, but this time it has brought the SUV into a full limelight at the Frankfurt Show. Suzuki’s IV4 Concept SUV is built on a much-smaller and toughened version of the already existing SX4 Platform in S-Cross, muscled with futuristic bodyline features and rugged exterior to take on established rivals on road. As of now, IV4 Concept SUV will definitely hold a position between JIMNY and Grand Vitara.
The buzz is that IV4 Concept SUV looks all set to take on Nissan Juke. IV4 Concept SUV is a 5-door compact SUV covering a ground of (4,215x1850x1655) mm riding on a wheelbase of 2500mm and will have a 4-WD ALLGRIP transmission. The massive chrome 5-pane grill and futuristic eagle-eye headlamps fit perfectly on the front panel, along with the XA-Alpha-styled over-sized front bumper with grinning frown- shell bonnet. The rear sports triangular tail lamps, picked from high-school Geometry class with chrome twin-pipe exhaust. IV4 Concept SUV is definitely the most tough-looking adrenaline drawing model that SUV has ever built specially with the powerful Light Technology used exorbitantly all over the car.
With 4-wheel Drive system, IV4 Concept SUV can be expected to be challenged on off-terrain driving just like in competitive street handling. IV4 Concept SUV may house the regular 1.6 Liter Kappa Petrol or Diesel engine. Speculation is that it may even feature the 1.3-Liter DDiS FIAT Diesel powerhouse with turbocharger as an option. IV4 Concept SUV displayed every bit of pristine class and provided just enough reason to make the automobile world stand and take a look in awe.
Lighting looks top-of-the world with Front Xenon Halogens with Projector beam and daytime running lights. Even the grill periphery is illuminated with spotlights mounted on roof, just like a dirt rally SUV. Never does it go overboard with these features. IV4 Concept SUV will have the similar interior package as featured in Grand Vitara. The automatic AC system with safety features sound promising.
Rear seats are spilt foldable with arm rest and remote-controlled illuminated boot spices things up. IV4 Concept SUV is peeped up with all the modern safety features to make sure the driver and passengers can derive pleasure out of this SUV with confidence and least amount of bother. Curtain airbags with driver knee protection, Terrain-start assist on uphill drive, ASB and TSC, Active Corner Control Assist, Blue Link telematics system and Sat-Navigation system, Parking Sensors, Power Door Lock, and Rain-sensor Wipers.
Overall, IV4 Concept SUV will definitely run on road to challenge and take on Nissan Juke in terms of comfort and exotic level of modern features.
